With the planned arrangements for the well-being of all the participants, especially those who do not have the possibility of physical presence on the day of the conference, the executive secretariat will send the conference package along with the electronic book of the proceeding of the conference and other selected services to the address of the in-absentia authors included when registering.
Those researchers who need to get the result of their submission earlier than the deadline set must submit their papers and call the secretariat and demand early peer review. After receiving paper review result and paying for the conference fees, the acceptance certificate can be downloaded from User Panel and the "Status of Articles" menu.
In order to maximally benefit from the potential of domestic and foreign researchers, all respected and empowered researchers with PhD degrees and academic and research backgrounds are invited for scientific collaboration with the secretariat of the conference.
After confirming the final acceptance of the article, the researchers will be required to pay the registration fee to receive the conference packages. In this section, after referring to their own personal user panel and the "Services" menu and choosing the relevant services, the authors must go to the online payment section to pay the fees.
